Falcon has recently processed hydrolyzed feathers using ABVRS technology into a high quality feather meal. Lab analysis confirms that Falcon’s system can produce high quality feather meal that is nutritionally comparable to meal currently being traditionally rendered. In addition to creating no waste water during processing, processing hydrolyzed feather requires no back mix or other preparation prior to being processed by the ABVRS system.
